Born on 5 February. Prof. Nedelcho Milev is Bulgarian cinema critic and cinema theoretician. One of the founders of "Cinema" Chair at the National Theatre Academy. Graduate in Theatre Studies at the National Theatre Academy. Author of more than 200 articles on theatre and cinema, hundreds of studies, 18 monographs, books and textbooks, translated in Russian, French, German and English.
Author of a long list of books on history and theory of the cinema, among which "The Road Towards Psycho-Physical Monologue in Cinema", "The Bulgarian Historical Film", "The Drana Screen (An Attempt for General Theory of Cinema), "Special Theory of Cinema: Historical Poetry", etc.
